Thought I should keep up on here and ‘make an effort”!
So things have changed around here just myself and my 10yr old Sol, who has been a superstar recently. Anyway its just me and Sol for the time being although I do see my 11yr old Hollie at least twice a week

Rock in the Park

Yesterday myself and Hollie (pictured with Laura) went down to Avenham Park with 7 or so thousand other music fans to see a host of acts perform in the free concert hosted by Rock FM. I must say all in all it was pretty well organized except somebody forgot to order the sunshine! We stuck it out for 3 hours until finally deciding enough was enough! So we came home and got dry. There was some pretty good acts on including Beverly Knight, Tinchy Stryder, and Just Jack to name just a few not a bad line-up for FREE! I do think banning all alcohol from the event was a mistake, after all the party in the park was sponsored by Heineken in past years and I remember having a really good time at the previous events..
